But MeIncluded is more than just an independent review site. Every review matters, and together they build a picture of how accessible individual businesses and services are for disabled people, their friends and their families.
Being accessible is a legal requirement, but it's often talked about in isolation. That can be overwhelming for businesses, feel a bit clunky and sometimes it's just not that easy to know where to start. We understand. We've been there. We take the approach that being accessible is part and parcel of providing good customer service. We call it accessible customer service.
