Restaurant Tech Live blog post 1

Excitement is building, as the opening day for Naidex is almost here! And this year, visitors are looking forward to one feature in particular, The Naidex Awards.

The Changing Lives Awards has drawn a lot of attention from our visitors, as this accolade celebrates the product, service, or initiative which has had a positive and demonstrable impact on its user, making a significant contribution towards achieving their goals.

Here’s a quick focus on the finalists that will be vying to impress the esteemed judging panel and take home the accolade:

ADAPTS LLC (stand 9164)

ADAPTS is an assistive device designed to help passengers with disabilities evacuate planes, trains, buses, cruise ships, hotels, offices, or home in the event of an emergency. ADAPTS is the first of its kind designed for use on an airplane, but can be used in any disaster where a wheelchair can't go and first responders are spread thin.

wheelAIR/ 2020 Mobility (stand 9150)

The wheelAIR® has fast become one of the most exciting new products on the mobility market. The wheelAIR®, is a battery-powered airflow back-rest cushion for manual wheelchairs, innovated to be cooling and more supportive. It allows wheelchair users to stay cool, comfortable and in control.
