The CES Innovation Awards 2018 honouree, the RELYNC, will be launched to the UK at the show, ahead of going on sale in the UK in July 2018.

Naidex visitors will also be the first in the UK to be able to test drive this cutting-edge scooter during the show, at both the RELYNC stand and the Naidex Mobility Test Track.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to enter a competition to become one of the first people in the world to own a RELYNC. All delegates who register their details at the RELYNC stand (#6069) during Naidex will be entered into a competition* to win one of these award-winning scooters.

Ideal for commuters, the RELYNC can be folded into a self-contained suitcase or unpacked ready for use in just 3 seconds – making it one of the most portable and fastest-folding scooters available.

The sleek design is inspired by the unique race cars of the 1960s, and the scooter is available in two contemporary colourways, including black and red.

It comes with a number of cutting-edge smart features, including an inbuilt dashboard LED light navigation system, which removes the need to follow smartphone or sat-nav directions, and can be locked or located using the GPS and GPRs integration via the app.

An intelligent alarm system means users have extra reassurance when leaving it unattended on-the-go, alerting both the linked smartphone and passers-by if it is tampered with or moved.

Travel is made even safer via the GYRO sensor and automatic speed adaptation, which reduce speeds when safe limits are exceeded on bends or hills.

Julien Gueuning, industrial designer at RELYNC, comments: “More than 2 million people rely on mobility scooters to travel independently in the UK – but most are too bulky, unpractical, get stuck on turns and rough surfaces and are not at all aesthetically pleasing. This prevents many people from choosing to travel by scooter.

“But the RELYNC is designed to be stylish, eye-catching and aspirational, to make it more of a lifestyle choice than a purely functional product – much like a luxury car.”

The CES Innovation Award-winning RELYNC will go on sale in the UK, USA and Europe in July 2018.

Gueuning continues: “Mobility needs should never be a hindrance to enjoying life to its fullest. With RELYNC we are launching a personal transport revolution, to give power and confidence back to scooter users, and add style and elegance to what has traditionally been a purely functional item.”

RELYNC will be exhibiting at Naidex 2018 from 25th – 26th April 2018 on stand 6069.

RELYNC Tech LTD is a high-tech company focused on integrating the latest in smart technology with mobility and urban lifestyle vehicles, to combine functionality with style and fun.
