Nasser is the CEO of Microlink PC Ltd founded in November 1992. The companies’ core mission is to provide disability management and Assistive Technology in both the workplace and educational facilities, working towards an inclusive society and offering support throughout a persons’ lifespan. In addition to being awarded an OBE in 2010 for his contribution in helping over 250,000 disabled people transition from education into work and receiving a lifetime achievement award from the National Diversity Awards in 2015, Nasser is consulted on policy and procedure by the BDF and high level Government and Civil Service institutions.

“Imagine an all-inclusive society offering solutions to adults and children that enable them to reach their full potential in both education and the workplace. By improving the outcomes for people who have both visible and invisible disabilities, the economic and societal gains are staggering. Individuals may not have the best start in education, which has a huge impact on their entire life. Those individuals have a hard time going on to University, gaining employment or holding on to their jobs and if you fall out of employment, it really affects your health, your well-being and your whole life. My job is to find solutions to help people overcome the barriers and challenges from their disabilities or health conditions. I absolutely believe that if there are genuine employment and educational opportunities for the disabled people then we can find a solution for them to succeed and fulfil their potential. This also has the benefit of making people who developed health conditions and disabilities while in employment more productive and significantly reduce their absenteeism."
