Lynne Bradey is a member of STEP, Solicitors for the Elderly and the Law Society's Private Client Section, and deals with a variety of private client related matters, including personal injury or 'Compensation Protection' trusts founded by Order of the Court of Protection (for vulnerable people) and the High Court (for mentally capable minors). Lynne specialises in looking after clients who are vulnerable or have been injured and often acts as Professional Trustee, for those under the Court of Protection or those with capacity to handle their own affairs. She contributes to the Journal of Personal Injury Law, the Personal Injury Law Journal, APIL Facts & Figures and writes and lectures widely on the subject of trusts, tax and related issues.
