Finding a property can be a daunting and challenging task for any individual, especially when your requirements are lead not just by personal taste but by your clinical needs.
At PLG we undertake a wide range of projects including both rental and purchase property searches and architectural projects for clients with acute disabilities. We employ a hands-on and proactive approach to each brief and project. Our service is as individual as the needs of our clients and we have developed a reputation to handle tough cases with budget constraints and limited search areas.
Phill Gill will be sharing techniques on how we undertake our searches including bespoke search areas, our proactive approach and use of technology.
In a market flush with renters, portraying yourself as an attractive tenant is vital. For the majority of agents, navigating the additional needs that a disabled person may have, means it isn’t a run of the mill tenancy proposal and this alone can create unnecessary hesitation on their part. This seminar outlines our experience in dealing with rental proposals and how PLG’s technique for delivering results can be adopted by the individual when dealing with agents and short hold tenancy agreements.
