When someone makes a personal injury claim following an accident, the law promotes the use of rehabilitation and early intervention in the compensation process so that the injured person makes the best and quickest possible recovery. In practice there are various potential barriers to effective rehabilitation. We will explore, by hearing from both claimant and defendant lawyers, what problems can arise and how to overcome them.
