The NEC is a world class exhibition venue and is fully accessible. Here is a breakdown of the facilities available to visitors:
Mobility Equipment Hire | Getting Around
Wheelchairs are available free of charge for blue badge holders and cost £5 for all other visitors. The number of wheelchairs on site are limited, so if you've got your own, please bring it with you. Scooters are £15 per day for all visitors, and we strongly advise visitors to pre-book equipment to avoid disappointment.
Bartrams (NEC's mobility service partner) operate a telephone booking line Monday to Friday 9am-5pm on 01353 653752.
Drop off and Pick up Arrangements | Taxis and Parking How Close is the Entrance to Hall 6/7?
Please note, you should bring your Blue Badge with you, even if you are arriving by taxi or private coach.
If you are arriving by taxi and have your Blue Badge with you, you will be able to be dropped off at the main entrances. If you also require a pick up, please advise the taxi firm that you have a blue badge and the taxi will be permitted to pick you up from the main entrances. If you are using a T.O.A black cab you will be picked up at the ranks by the main entrances.
Assistance Dogs | Getting around
Assistance dogs are always welcome, but we do not recommend that you bring them to events where noise levels are high.

We have British Sign Language Interpreters and large print show guides available onsite, please enquire in the organisers office or call the operations team on +44 (0) 117 929 6090 ext: 5352.
Disabled Facilities | What's Here
There are accessible toilets available across the NEC, as well as additional accessible toilets within Naidex. There are also Changing Places toilets available both inside the event and within the NEC (Hall 20, on the Atrium side of site), providing space for up to 2 carers and extra features to meet additional needs, including height adjustable adult-sized changing benches and a hoist system.
