Francis Boyce

Francis began his career at SweetTree Home Care Services in 2015, initially joining as a support worker. Through his unwavering dedication and leadership skills, he progressively advanced through different roles, including Coordinator, Senior Coordinator, Support Manager, and Deputy Service Manager, and culminating in his current position as Head of the Brain Injury and Neurological Conditions service.

However, Francis's diverse career goes beyond his managerial positions at SweetTree. Notably, he has served as a Research Assistant, contributing valuable insights to studies focused on Prolonged Disorders of Consciousness (PDOC). His involvement in PDOC research showcases his commitment to understanding and addressing complex neurological conditions.

Furthermore, Francis's academic pursuits include an MSc in Cognitive and Clinical Neuroscience, where his research focused on the intricate role of beta band oscillations in time perception. This project demonstrates his capacity to merge theoretical knowledge with practical applications, a skill set that enriches his contributions to both academia and his professional trajectory at SweetTree Home Care Services.
