Lucy Cashin

Lucy is a Lead Investigator in the Counter-Fraud team at Network Rail and is co-chair of CanDo, the company's disability resource group. She is an autistic ADHDer and champions disability inclusion. She founded Network Rail’s Disability Confidence Week in 2018. Microsoft invited Lucy to speak at their Global Accessibility Awareness event in 2020.  Lucy is part of the Rail Unites for Inclusion leadership team and has appeared on virtual Rail Industry panels, talking about neurodivergence and disability.  In 2022 Lucy was a finalist in the Diversity and Inclusion category at the Rail Staff awards.
