Lydia Wilkins is an award winning freelance journalist specialising in disability and social inequality issues. She is also the current editor of Disability Review Magazine, the UK's largest disability media title. Her work has been published in places including The Metro, The Independent, Refinery 29, Insider, The Daily Mail, The Bookseller, and others. Her debut book, The Autism Friendly Cookbook, has since been adapted into a neurodiversity affirming, person led course she teaches; she is also an ambassador for AccessAble, the biggest provider of accessibility information in the UK, where she also acts as a newsletter editor.
