Martyn is the Co-Founder and CEO of Purple Goat, the UK’s leading inclusive marketing agency, and the founder of Disability Horizons, a leading disability lifestyle magazine. In 2023, Martyn joined Proximo Group as a Non-Executive Director, where he is using his expertise to impact the future of accessible transport.

Martyn has travelled the world, blogging about his experiences to break down barriers. His passion for travel led to him co-founding the accessible travel website, Accomable, which was later acquired by Airbnb.

A renowned international keynote speaker and author, Martyn has been featured in the Shaw Trust’s Power 100 for four consecutive years and is a champion for accessibility and inclusion.
