Rozana Green

Rozana has been with the BBC for over 15 years. She began her journey as a radio producer, before moving into outreach where she developed a range of trainee schemes focused on supporting diverse and underrepresented talent in their early careers.

In 2023, Rozana became the BBC's Outreach Lead working with teams across the UK and internationally to attract more diverse candidates at all levels of the organisation. Part of this work included the launching and coordinating of a nationwide campaign focused on attracting deaf, disabled an neurodivergent people to the BBC.
