Andy Butterfield, a Chartered Project Professional with over 20 years experience in the transport sector, is the Customer Service Director for Operations at National Highways, the company responsible for maintaining and operating the strategic road network. Andy currently chairs the Roads for All Forum and leads the National Highways approach in improving access and inclusion for its customers. He is responsible for the National Traffic Operations Centre, including our Customer Contact Centre
