Charlie Magadah-Williams

Before joining Primark in 2022, Charlie spent a decade working for Costa Coffee, and 8 years with Bedfordshire Police, experiencing both generalist and specialist HR roles and chairing employee resource groups before leading on DE&I. In her current role of Head of Diversity and Inclusion she leads a global team, supporting all areas of the Primark business. She lives in the UK with her wife and their much-loved dog, Bentley. She believes in involving people, advocates for progress not perfection, and she can always find a positive.

Before joining Primark, Charlie worked for Costa Coffee and Bedfordshire Police. As Head of Diversity and Inclusion she leads a global team, supporting all areas of the business.
