Hannah Munro

With over 10 years’ experience in two of the largest FTSE 100 companies, Hannah is the former Head of inclusion for Sainsbury’s Group. In 2019 she made the step across into Finance and Banking joining Lloyds Banking Group (LBG). Brought in to establish a new inclusion function within Europe’s largest digital transformation programme, she created and landed the Group’s tech inclusion strategy. Now the Global Head of Diversity Equity & Inclusion, she’s responsible for shaping and delivering iconic actions to strengthen the diversity of the Group’s talent pipeline and leadership. Inclusion is at the heart or LBGs strategy as they grow, focus and change their business at pace, delivering innovative products for customers, clients and communities.
