John is an Aviation professional with over 20 years experience working for Airlines at a variety of Airports.

John is passionate about making travel by air accessible for all and strives to make a difference in the industry , blending his extensive airline knowledge and Lived Experience. John sits on boards and working groups and loves collaborating with Customers, colleagues and stakeholders to identify how we can make things better and putting a plan in place to reach the goal.

In his spare time John loves to travel and see the world, experiencing new cultures and broadening horizons. The most important thing to him is to listen and learn about peoples experiences so that he can build a better understanding of what we need to do moving forward so please feel free to stop and talk so we can all learn.
