Katie Callaghan, aged 23, is the founder of Cards for Bravery, a charity dedicated to brightening the days of hospitalised and seriously ill children and young people. As a passionate rare disease advocate Katie has worked with several organisations, including the NHS Youth Forum, to help raise awareness and improve care for those living with chronic conditions. With a particular focus on supporting transition for young adults with disabilities, Katie is committed to advocating for a smooth transition period into adulthood.
