Martyn Sibley is a disability inclusion advocate, entrepreneur, and changemaker dedicated to driving systemic change. As the co-founder and CEO of Purple Goat, the world’s leading disability marketing agency, he works with global brands to connect authentically with disabled consumers and challenge outdated narratives. Through Purple Collective, he is also fostering a movement that empowers disabled people to influence policy, business, and social change.
Martyn also serves as a Non-Executive Director at Open Road Access (ORA), championing transport solutions that create a more inclusive and accessible travel experience.
With lived experience as a disabled person, Martyn has spent over a decade using storytelling, digital media, and advocacy to highlight the importance of accessibility and inclusion. His work has been featured by the BBC, The Guardian, and Forbes, and he continues to push for a society where disability is seen as a valued and integral part of diversity.
