Shezad Nawab MBE

From a young age, Shezad Nawab MBE has demonstrated remarkable passion, enthusiasm, and sharp business insight, all while navigating the World as a profoundly Deaf individual. Inspired by his entrepreneurial father, who successfully managed a Post Office branch, a supermarket, and a portfolio of properties, Shezad embarked on his own journey to make a lasting impact in business.

With a strong background in business strategy, venture capital, executive coaching, and international speaking, Shezad has supported new ventures and SMEs over the past 20 years, helping them grow and thrive. He has worked with Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Mainstreaming, Disabled, and Hearing individuals Worldwide, guiding them in setting up businesses and launching startups. As a Partner at Ascension Partners, Shezad empowers entrepreneurs at every stage of the business cycle, providing guidance and insights to drive sustainable success. His passion for international trade and entrepreneurship has led to cross-market collaborations and opportunities. Additionally, Shezad brings a strategic approach to asset management, with expertise in art, gold bars, properties, and diverse investments, making him a valuable adviser for wealth building and preservation.

Fluent in six sign languages British, American, South African, Arabian, Moroccan, and International. Shezad is adept at connecting with diverse audiences globally.
