Inclusive Dance UK are the National Governing Body for Para Dance Sport in the United Kingdom. We encourage and support dancers of all abilities and ages in developing their wheelchair skills, developing confidence and improve mental health, all resulting in a new freedom supported by a world-wide network of friends.

We assist occupational therapists and Para Dance Sport and SEN dance teachers throughout the United Kingdom, by providing them with training and support. We offer Achievement Awards for all ages & abilities, in all styles of Dance & Drama through UKA Dance. We deliver in depth training in Para Dance Sport technique and are proud to help, encourage and support our members in all dance disciplines to establish and develop their business.

Wheelchair Para Dance Sport involves athletes with a physical disability who love to express themselves through the medium of dance. Wheelchair dancers may participate in “combi” style dancing with an able-bodied (standing) partner or “duo” style dancing for two wheelchair users together.  Wheelchairs users can use a power chair, or manual wheelchair. What makes us unique is that we work mainly in the medium of Ballroom dances that include the Standard dances, Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot and Quickstep, and the Latin-American dances which are the Samba, Cha-cha-cha, Rumba, Paso Doble and Jive.  We also have freestyle categories that are open to all dance genre and Group Formation Dance.
