Cosmo incorporates a vital element of playfulness into cognitive, physical and communication training, effectively supporting inclusive learning, therapy and play. Its versatility, ease of use and uncomplicated settings make it highly customisable to each learner’s individual needs and allow them to actively engage in group activities. Cosmo provides diverse opportunities for inclusive and meaningful learning among learners of all abilities enabling them to develop their social interaction skills, respect and appreciation towards their peers. Learners have the opportunity to meaningfully engage in team games, communicate, problem-solve, try out new possibilities and progress.

Cosmo is used in special and mainstream schools, nurseries, therapy centres and homes around the world, reaching learners, professionals and families in diverse communities. Available teaching resources such as ready-to-use activity guides save teachers’ preparation time and make it easier for them to use technology as a facilitator for inclusive learning and play.

“The activity guide section contains a variety of plans, smartly divided into sections relating to the skill you want to work on. [It takes] hours of prep work away from teachers.”

In therapy, Cosmo provides alternative ways for learners to engage and motivates them to actively participate in therapy sessions. Cosmo is a flexible resource to support the development of fine and gross motor, communication and cognitive skills.

“There are not enough superlatives that would do Cosmo justice. Never before have I reviewed an app that has the potential to be used by all members of our school multidisciplinary team, which include; Occupational therapists, Speech Therapists, Art/Dance and movement therapists, as well as our teaching teams.”

At home, Cosmo enables siblings to play more together, find new ways of communication and have more impact on each others’ lives.

“We’ve really enjoyed playing with Cosmo. My son has loved the fireworks, voice recording and playing music. It’s helped him play with his cousin and a friend when ordinarily they wouldn’t have played so well together.”
