During this session you will hear first-hand what it is like to be neurodivergent and in the recruitment process. You’ll be provided with simple (and free) reasonable adjustments which will enable your recruitment process to be more equitable to neurodivergent candidates and beneficial for candidates across the board. You’ll leave with a simple checklist that can be implemented straight away.
