Disability in the Media - Channel 4

The session will go through how we at Channel 4 provide disability representation and how we do this authentically. Last year we launched the disability code of portrayal which looked to change the quality and quantity of the representation of disabled people within our programming. This session will go into how we came about creating the code and the principles that go behind delivering it.
