Fostering inclusive environments through open dialogue

I will be covering the subject of Disability in the workplace and how businesses like CCEP can adapt and support to create a more inclusive environment, by having the conversations no one wants to have, to enable those with a disability gain meaningful and lasting employment but also how to encourage employees within businesses to self declare.
