Panel Discussion: Navigating our mental health journeys

This panel discussion will offer an intimate look at the unique experiences of disabled individuals with their mental health journeys. Panellists with diverse experiences will explore the impacts of exclusion, discrimination, lack of accessibility on self-image, confidence, and wellbeing. By opening up about their personal mental health experiences – the systemic barriers as well as individual coping strategies – and providing actionable advice for building resilience, the panellists aim to start a dialogue on supporting the mental health of the disabled community.
