A coordinated effort between healthcare professionals is key for the support of independent living for the disabled community. This panel will bring together experts from occupational therapy, physio therapy, speech-language pathology, and other fields to discuss how their roles intersect in supporting the disabled community.. Panellists will share insights on case coordination, goal alignment across specialties, leveraging expertise through referrals, and identifying gaps in care. By highlighting best practices for interdisciplinary collaboration, the discussion aims to help professionals optimise outcomes in enabling independent living for people with disabilities.
