Sharing doesn’t end at disclosure: Strategies for open conversations about barriers

As a disabled person, starting conversations about support in the workplace and education can often leave you feeling exposed and vulnerable. but such conversations are often unavoidable. In this session, disabled-person-led social enterprise Diversity and Ability CEO Atif Choudhury, alongside Lucy Cashin (Network Rail) will share strategies that individuals can adapt to access support in a psychologically safe way.
