At Legal & General, we manage over £1.2 trillion assets, but our most valuable asset will always be our people. When we're at our best we're better able to support our customers, clients, and employees, and ultimately supporting everyone to fulfil their purpose in the workplace. We are on a journey to make the workplace more accessible and inclusive. We do this by focusing on well- being as a multidimensional concept using different initiatives to support. Whilst there is always more to do, in this session we will share some of the practical things that can make the workplace more accessible and what we have learnt so far, on our journey to being a disability confident employer.
