The Neurobiology of Attachment

Our Attachment style forms in early childhood and will go on to shape how we interact with those around us for the rest of our lives. Many people will have an Attachment difficulty or disorder, and this can work as a barrier to many aspects of our interpersonal relationships, alongside our ability to reach our full potential. In this session we will explore the neuroscience of how our attachment forms, what this can mean for us, and how we can heal to feel more connected, happy, and fulfilled.
