British Healthcare Trades Association

The British Healthcare Trades Association (BHTA) and its 400+ approved members work to improve customer service standards and increase consumer protection, ensuring those buying healthcare and assistive technology products and services are treated fairly and ethically. All members commit to the CTSI-endorsed BHTA Code of Practice, requiring companies to offer a level of service above and beyond the legal requirements. The BHTA also offers a free, impartial mediation service in the rare event of a dispute against any of its member companies.
